    I had a very pleasent experience at this DMV. Everyone that works there is very nice and the overall energy of the place when you first walk in is very positive. Service was fast and organized.

    If you're looking for a quick DMV experience, this is the right place. However, I wish I could say they were as thorough as they were speedy. I filled out the paperwork to get a NYS license prior to visiting, all was going well until I got home and saw that they signed me up for "organ donation" when I ABSOLUTELY did NOT select that option. I'm unsure of how to fix this and I'm hoping they review their page before they send me a license. I don't have the time to wait for 2 of them in the mail. Anyone else ever have this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

    The customer service is horrible. They do not apologize for the long waits, nor thank us for staying hold. It’s very upsetting and so annoying!
